Hot Chocolate [Vegan]
Creamy, rich, and chocolate-y... all words I would use to describe this divine winter beverage. I definitely recommend adding a thick layer of your fave non-dairy whip + a drizzle of caramel. Peppermint oil would be a fantastic mix-in as well! Mix it up and make it a party! Whip with crushed peppermint on top? Yum!
- 32 Oz Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Cacao Powder
- 1/2 Cup Caramel Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- Whisk all ingredients in a large pot.
- Place pot over low heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove pot from heat and serve hot chocolate warm.
